SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The Sacramento County Department of Human Assistance building in downtown Sacramento has been evacuated Friday morning as officials investigate a bomb threat.
The sheriff’s office says a man walked into a building with a backpack and said there was a bomb inside.
The man was detained but the backpack is still inside the building, which has been evacuated.
